Greetings,

 

As some of you know, I have been appointed the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kubotek USA. I have been in this role for a little over 6 months, and it has been both exciting and challenging.  Since this is my first letter to our valuable customers, I was considering all the topics that needed to be covered.  If I wrote something on all the topics I wanted to discuss, you would all be bored to tears. This first letter will address just one, but very important, topic; The Customer.

 

I have always held myself to very high standards when it comes to delivering high quality service and products to customers.  I am very proud of the team we have assembled and I am extremely confident we will reach these very high standards.  Our goals of providing the best service and products will guide the business into the future. Our customers will be the true test of how we measure our success.

 

I would like to thank all of our customers for their loyalty and dedication.  The future of this company and the future of our products will be of great benefit to our customers, and together we will Change the Face of CAD forever.
