Numerical Control (NC)

The KeyCreator 2½ axis and 3 axis NC packages provide capabilities to directly generate toolpaths, NC code and process sheets within the KeyCreator environment. No need to learn another software system, our competitively priced NC packages help save time and resources when performing machining tasks. Plus, the benefits of using our KeyCreator environment save even more time by efficiently tackling data exchange problems during transfer of 3D models between CAD/CAM programs, such as translation errors or formatting colors and layers.

Using KeyCreator for both design and NC programming allows all models, setup, and toolpaths for a project to be saved in the same file for better organization.

KeyCreator NC 2½ Axis Package
Delivers drilling, profile milling, pocketing and toolpath utilities.

KeyCreator NC 3 Axis Package
Provides all the 2½ axis functionality, plus contour, zig-zag, uni-directional, and follow surface roughing and point mill toolpaths For the surface finishing option, this package offers planar, radial, plateau and UV-flow finishing, pencil tracing and 4th axis indexing support.

KeyCreator NC packages support full toolpath regeneration with all its milling strategies. A library of configurable Universal Post Processors is also included.
