Kubotek drafting technology includes the powerful capability to instantly and
automatically update related views and dimensions of a drawing when design
changes are made to the model. This technology saves a tremendous amount of
time and prevents problems related to dimensional changes that were missed
during manual updating.
Accuracy Assurance
Kubotek technology features multiple user-selectable levels of protection to
assure that dimension values on drawings are always correct. The accuracy
assurance features in the dimension checking system can be customized to
prevent error-prone practices such as adjusting the text of dimensions and
"eyeballing" placement of the ends of dimensions. The default mode of the
system provides comprehensive protection from non-associative dimension
entities by preventing occurrences during file import, geometry editing and
detailing. An optional mode provides numerous tools to highlight, underline, or
warn the user of potentially incorrect dimensions.
