As the formats of these file types change, Kubotek releases updates to its software typically 4-6 times per year. The importance of having the right translator means saving hours and decreasing the risk of mistakes involved in remodeling parts from the ground up. Unlike history-based design, once entities are imported from another product using Open 3D Modeling from Kubotek those entities behave the same as if modeled natively.

Model Geometry Export
Kubotek technology supports rapid prototyping equipment by output of STL models, plus the viewing, scaling and re-orientation of large STL files.

Numerous 2-axis cutting and bending machines can be driven directly from wireframe CAD data files such as DXF, CDL and HPGL. Kubotek technology provides exceptionally strong support of wireframe CAD file output formats to feed these machines.
